hi i need more power in my dragon/spellcaster deck please help

I would personnally say remove baby dragon and all of the cards used with it except time wizard. Also more low level effect monsters.

And for goodness sake NO TOONS!!!!! they're very hard to play and easy to get rid of!!
Less high level monsters too!!
