It's been a while since I've been posted a deck like this with the true potential of a tourney winner!! First off I'd say you've got too many cards I like to limit a deck to 45 cards MAX now, I would replace the penguin soldier with the newest version of hane hane which can get rid of 3 monsters instead of 2 and you will have to adjust it slightly to make it tourney legal in the new format. I would have multiples of mystic tomatoes since it can search itself out and allow you to withstand up to 4 attacks.
